About Frances

Frances Graham formed Rustica LLC, a consulting firm based in Bozeman, MT in Janurary 2009. From an advertising account executive to a naturalist to a nonprofit manager, she has organizational, management and creative skills to offer both large and small clients on a contractual basis.

Prior to becoming a naturalist in the field, Frances spent over three years in the for-profit world in advertising. This experience became a foundation for her skills in communication, management, client relations, and perfecting her ability to multi-task. She has since learned how the skills have translated to the non-profit world: communicating with potential donors, media, participants, volunteers and staff; developing relationships with organizations, businesses, schools, foundations and agencies; juggling multiple projects oftentimes under tight timelines; developing communications plans to help achieve strategic goals of the organization; managing budgets; facilitating meetings and trainings; planning and executing events; and coordinating with a variety of people both internally and externally.

This combination of experience becomes a support person for your organization where you need the most help. You may need someone for a couple of days, months, or a year. Frances is ready to help you achieve your strategic goals of success.

Frances holds an ABJ degree in Advertising with an emphasis on Environmental Issues from the University of Georgia, Athens and an MA in the Environment and Community from Antioch University, Seattle.

When not supporting organizations, Frances spends time traveling, reading, playing outside, and photographing elements of the natural world. She also enjoys creating unique pieces of art to share.

Combine all of this, and you have Rustica.
